Request for Assistance
The Giving Tree only accepts requests from caseworkers or social service agencies.
If you are an individual or family in need, please contact a social service agency or caseworker to submit this form on your behalf.
Updated Request for Assistance (effective 9/1/2024):
To better manage our resources and the growing number of requests, The Giving Tree will now limit the number of requests per caseworker.
- We will review 5-6 individual requests per child/adult for clothing and shoes each month
- For families, you may submit a single request that covers all family members
- Please ensure that all necessary and detailed information is included in every request
- Additional requests for items like car seats, household needs, etc., will still be considered
We remain fully committed to fulfilling requests promptly. The Giving Tree understands the significant needs within our community.
Updated Request for Assistance (effective 11/1/2024):
The Request for Assistance Program will be closed now through the end of the year. We are focusing our resources on our annual Holiday Wish List Drive.
Requests will be taken as usual starting in January 2025. Please check back then.
