The Giving Tree only accepts requests from caseworkers or social service agencies.
If you are an individual or family in need, please contact a social service agency or caseworker to submit this form on your behalf.
Please note:
During the months of June, July, and August, we operate with a smaller staff. Requests may take longer to fulfill.
Uniform Request Deadline: Monday, 7/8/24
Last day to submit for fulfillment before school starts. Requests received after 7/8/24 will be addressed after 8/12/24.
