The Giving Tree only accepts requests from caseworkers or social service agencies.
If you are an individual or family in need, please contact a social service agency or caseworker to submit this form on your behalf.

The Giving Tree understands the significant needs within our community and we are honored to support our partnerships with caseworkers and social service agencies. Please review our updated policies and procedures before submitting a request. All requests must be completed in full, submitted individually for each client, and will be fulfilled based on eligibility and availability.

At this time, we are no longer taking Back to School requests for 2026.
Any requests for uniforms or backpacks that are received after 7/9, will not be able to be filled before the start of the school year.
